Special Instructions

Please note that health and safety are our main priorities. To protect you and our team, I have implemented new policies and safety procedures. You will receive an agreement and an invoice prior to booking. In order to be serviced and avoid cancellation, please read the agreement thoroughly, prepay in full, sign, and confirm your appointment 48 hours prior to service. 

 


  • Due to COVID-19 state restrictions, it is mandatory that you please remember to bring and wear your face mask at all times during your visit at the salon.

  • Send a photo of your hair (front, back, and sides) and desired hairstyle prior to service.

  • Unravel hair from previous hairstyles and be ready for shampoo and conditioning services. 
Specality Styles and Services

All services that are $250 and up will require a 50% non-refundable deposit to secure your appointment time slot.  The remainder of the balance is due when services are rendered.

Cancellation Policy

As a courtesy to our guests and team members, we ask that any cancellation or rescheduling be given up to 48 hours before the scheduled service. 50% will be refunded for cancellations made 48 hours prior to service.


  • Any cancellation made after or within 48 hours of service will be subject to 100% charge of the scheduled cost.

  • Confirm your appointment. 48 hours prior to service to avoid cancellation

  • Due to high clientele volume, there is a 15-minute grace period from the scheduled start time.

  • If you are behind schedule, please call or text. 

  • No-shows or missed appointments will result in fewer approved bookings.
